How we handle your data
Why we use the information
Sienca, SRL uses inquiry information to respond, assess technical needs and follow up on the project. The form does not subscribe you to advertising lists.
Information received
Company, email, country and a description of your needs; name, solution of interest, project stage and size if provided. The source page and campaign information, when present, are also recorded to understand how the inquiry arrived.
Protection and service providers
The form uses a temporary session and abuse controls. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection security signals. Commercial notifications are sent through Microsoft 365. Credentials and operational records remain on the server, outside public pages.
Retention and access
The form’s operational record is purged after 90 days. Communications included in commercial follow-up in Microsoft 365 are managed by SIENCA according to the relationship and project needs. Access is limited to people responsible for inquiries and service administration.
Website statistics
Page visits and contact actions are counted in aggregate without including inquiry contents. These counters are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Abuse limits use identifiers derived from the connection address and email; these records are not public.
